Help ASCP, CAP and ASH Examine Current State of Workup of Lymphoma Via Survey

Feb 07, 2018

The American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the American Society for Hematology (ASH) are collaborating to develop an evidence-based guideline currently titled Requirements for Laboratory Work-up of Lymphoma (draft title). We invite you to assist our goal of examining the current state of the workup of lymphoma by completing this important survey.

The purpose of this survey is to collect current laboratory practices about the various ways individuals work up lymphoma cases. The survey will then be repeated after the guideline is developed to determine when and how the guideline recommendations have been implemented. These comparative survey results will be published in the future.

We estimate the time to complete the survey is approximately 10-15 minutes. All answers will remain anonymous and will not be used to identify any individual or laboratory.  Your response to the survey is completely voluntary. All information collected in this survey will be stored in a secure manner.

Note: If you practice in multiple institutions, please complete one survey per institution.
